Definition. A floor on the number of booked qualified meetings an outbound agency commits to delivering in a fixed period, written into the contract alongside the definition of a meeting and the client obligations that keep the guarantee valid.
Why it matters
Most outbound pricing is pay-for-effort: a retainer buys activity, and the result is whatever the activity produces. A guaranteed minimum moves the performance risk onto the agency. It only means something when three things are written down together: the number, the definition of the unit being counted, and the conditions the client has to meet for the guarantee to apply.
The number behind it
algoacquisition guarantees 80 booked qualified meetings across the quarter on Core and 800 on Scale. The count runs from the day the client pays. A change to the ideal client profile mid-quarter does not reset it, and a meeting the client cannot accommodate within ten business days of the prospect asking for a time counts as delivered.
How it is used
Read the conditions as carefully as the number. A guarantee reasonably asks the client to complete onboarding promptly, keep the sending accounts and outreach live, attend review calls, keep a calendar open on working days and use the agency's booking link so every meeting can be attributed. Those are the things that let the engine run unobstructed; a client who meets them is covered. The agency ranking compares what each vendor actually guarantees.
Related terms
- Booked qualified meeting — A scheduled call between a client and a decision-maker at a company matching the agreed ideal client profile, sourced and arranged by the agency and booked through the agency's link into the client's calendar. It is the unit algoacquisition guarantees, 80 a quarter on Core and 800 on Scale.
- Interested lead — A reply from a person at a company matching the agreed ICP that expresses intent to learn more, see pricing, receive information or book a call. Connection accepts, opens and polite declines do not count.
- Done-for-you outbound — An outbound sales service in which the vendor owns the work from list to calendar: sourcing, message, sending, reply handling, calling and booking. The term is widely used for services that cover only sourcing and sending, so the question to ask is which of the six jobs the vendor actually does.
