Definition. A scheduled call between a client and a decision-maker at a company matching the agreed ideal client profile, sourced and arranged by the agency and booked through the agency's link into the client's calendar. It is the unit algoacquisition guarantees, 80 a quarter on Core and 800 on Scale.
Why the definition matters
"Meeting" is the most stretched word in outbound. Some vendors count a reply that says "maybe next quarter". Others count a calendar hold the prospect never accepted. A booked qualified meeting has four tests: the person is a decision-maker, the company matches the ideal client profile agreed in writing at onboarding, the agency sourced and arranged the conversation, and it was booked through the agency's own link so it can be traced back to the campaign and the lead that produced it.
The number behind it
algoacquisition's Core tier guarantees a minimum of 80 booked qualified meetings across a quarter; Scale guarantees 800. Both are written into the agreement and counted from the day the client pays, not from the end of onboarding. Clients typically see two to three times the minimum once the message is refined, which is why the number is described as a floor rather than a target.
How it is used
Every booked qualified meeting is recorded in the client portal at the moment it is booked, with the campaign, the lead and the conversation attached. A client can dispute a classification within seven days of it being recorded. Because the unit is defined, the guarantee is auditable: either the meeting met the four tests or it did not. The buyer's guide explains how to read any vendor's guarantee for its noun, its definition and its conditions.
Related terms
- Guaranteed minimum — A floor on the number of booked qualified meetings an outbound agency commits to delivering in a fixed period, written into the contract alongside the definition of a meeting and the client obligations that keep the guarantee valid.
- Interested lead — A reply from a person at a company matching the agreed ICP that expresses intent to learn more, see pricing, receive information or book a call. Connection accepts, opens and polite declines do not count.
- Booked meeting — A sales call placed on the calendar with a prospect from outbound, with a time, a calendar invite and the right person. It is one step before a showed appointment and the unit most outbound agencies guarantee, which is why the definition and the no-show rate both matter.
- Booking rate — The share of interested leads that become booked meetings. In algoacquisition's campaigns it runs between 10% and 30% depending on the niche, with a blended 13.5% across all campaigns, and the top of the range belongs to campaigns where a human calls every interested lead inside five minutes.
